my stay at kempinski was fantastic! the location is perfect with direct access to the mall and stunning views of the burj khalifa. the friendly staff made my evenings enjoyable as i strolled around, truly making this visit memorable.

The location was perfect as it provided direct access to the mall without needing to go outside, which was great considering the heat. The concierge staff, especially Salin, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The infinity pool offered stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, making it a highlight of our trip. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel's vintage-style golf buggy made it easy to visit the nearby mall and Opera District. The staff are super friendly, and the outdoor pool is stunning. Just a heads up, breakfast can get busy, but it's worth the wait.

We did face a wait at breakfast during peak hours, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with Art Deco-inspired interiors and offers easy accessibility for seniors, including smooth paths and elevators. The lobby's grandeur and the stunning views of Burj Khalifa were truly memorable highlights of my stay.

Housekeeping could be more prompt during peak times.

The views from my Grand Burj View Suite were breathtaking, as I could see the iconic Burj Khalifa right from my window! The infinity pool was a total highlight, offering incredible skyline views during sunset. The attentive service from the team made my stay feel extra special, especially with their warm smiles and helpfulness.

The stunning views were memorable, but the heavy doors were hard to manage.

Our family loved the spacious Grand Suite, especially the breathtaking view of Burj Khalifa. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, even accommodating our pets. The vintage-style golf buggy ride to The Dubai Mall was a fun touch for the kids!

For dads, it would be great to have a more kid-friendly pool area.

Honestly, the hospitality was something else. The staff were not just friendly but really went out of their way for us, shoutout to Shubham for his incredible service at breakfast. he remembered our names and preferences right away. And you’ve got to try the spa, I had a massage that transported me somewhere else, it was fantastic!

Modern and spacious accommodations provided a comfortable escape, with standout service from Yamina and Enreco, who ensured a smooth check-in after a long journey. However, an unfortunate item misplacement took some time to resolve, despite assistance from only one staff member. The location was prime for exploring, but the experience was marred by minor hiccups during my brief stay.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief retreat in Dubai with great value for money. The viewpoint from my room was simply breathtaking, offering a panoramic sight of the Burj. Make sure to clarify pool access as it might not be obvious at first.

The room view was excellent, and the terrace lounge with amazing ambiance made our stay even better.
