    It was stunningly beautiful hotel with absolutely amazing staff especially the restaurant staffs. The rooms were elegant and fabulous, had a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the bathroom. Enjoyed the restaurant which serves great food.

    travelled with my baby, spent 2 nights here and had a very enjoyable stay. it had magnificent and good location, short walk to the metro and the dubai mall, and the dubai mall and the fountains of burj khalifa.

    The location was perfect as it provided direct access to the mall without needing to go outside, which was great considering the heat. Especially Salin, were helpful. The infinity pool offered stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. It was a good experience.

    Fine views of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony.

    The air conditioning wasn't cool enough, making it uncomfortable at times.

    Perfect because it is a direct walk to the dubai mall. Wonderful view of the city. Nice swimming pool ( with view on burjkalifa ). Comfortable beds. Received free tickets to visit the aquarium and a virtual playground.

    Small problems with lights that don't go out. in the closet and same for the main light (not practical at 2am. must call a technician). Bcp of noises from the road (normal in the city!

    The location is perfect since there's direct access to the mall without stepping outside. The concierge, especially salin, was helpful. The infinity pool offered amazing views of burj khalifa! A good experience.

    The hotel's vintage-style golf buggy. The staff are super friendly, and the outdoor pool is fine. Just a heads up, breakfast can get busy, but it's worth the wait.

    Perfect location for a short stay, direct connection to the Dubai Mall, Burj khalifa, hight tech equipment.

    When we arrived, we noticed water infiltration along a bathroom wall that completely wet one of the bathrobes at our disposal. A maintenance agent came to check it out but the bathrobe was never replaced.
